Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis

Responsible for enhancements to the organization’s custom and vendor developed compliance and legal services applications. Collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and the operations teams to define the product roadmap. Analyzes data, process, and systems to define and maintain detailed requirements in the product backlog. Develops and maintains documentation: process workflow and systems integrations diagrams, data mapping documents, operational support knowledge base articles, and training templates.

Successfully led the implementation of a new legal case matter management & invoicing system, meeting tight deadlines while managing architectural requirements and external system dependencies and constraints.

Flawlessly led the manual early onboarding of 400 new workforce members into legacy compliance oversight systems, in a scenario where the required data would not be available for consumption via the standard onboarding workflow.

Led the development of a new disclosure system on the Appian platform and assisted in coordinating the legacy data migration of 30k+ associated person's of the firm from various data sources.

Currently leading the development and integration of multiple additional legacy systems on the Appian platform, heavily focused on process improvement, as well as improved data consumption methods from upstream dependencies and for downstream consumers.

Interests

In my personal time, I love spending time outdoors with my husband, daughter, and dogs. We really enjoy camping and exploring offroad trails. Our weekend routine includes taking our dogs to the off-leash area at the state park.

When spending weekends at home, I tend to get myself into some sort of DIY project. Whether it's woodworking, sewing, painting, or design, I just love crafting. There's something so satisfying about saying, "I made that!"
